Over 40 stores are helping families stock up during the school break with a bundle of goods for 1p. 

Local retailers are teaming up with the grocery delivery app Snappy Shopper to offer the collection, worth £7, for just a penny.

The Half Term Bundle is available throughout Tuesday, March 28 and they will contain:

  • 2 x single Creme eggs (RRP: 75p each)
  • Cadbury Dairy Milk Buttons 95g (RRP: £1.25)
  • Robinsons Apple & Blackcurrant 900ml (RRP: £1.59)
  • Walkers crisps multipack (RRP: £1.99)
  • Packet of McVities Chocolate Digestives (RRP: £1.75)
  • Haribo Starmix 140g (RRP: £1)

It comes as the cost-of-living crisis continues to put a strain on families, especially during school holidays, and it is hoped that the bundle will help local shops to support their communities in difficult times.

Girish's Premier in Barmulloch is one of the stores in Glasgow which is taking part in the scheme.
