Tributes have poured in for a 'one in a million' man after a body was found.
Evan Reid disappeared on March 25 when he got off a train in the Paisley area.
Today, officers confirmed that they had found a body in the water after a police presence was seen by the White Cart River.
Evan's family has been informed, but formal identification has yet to take place.
People have since paid tribute to the 31-year-old dad, and a family friend thanked the public for their 'incredible' support.
They said: "We are heartbroken
"Evan, you were one in a million and will be missed by so many
"The support from everyone the last two weeks has been incredible, It shows how much you were loved !!!
"Love you so much."
Another said: "He was one of the good guys."
A third wrote: "Thinking of you all, he was a lovely boy."
