AN INVESTIGATION is underway after a car was set on fire in Glasgow.
Officers were called to Gadie Street in Riddrie at around 6.10am on Friday following a report of a car on fire.
It is understood the car is a white Vauxhall Astra.
Police confirmed the fire is being treated as wilful.
An investigation is underway and officers are keeping an open mind the car could be linked to the murder of a man on Auchinloch Road.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a car on fire on Gadie Street, Glasgow, around 6.10am on Friday, April 14.
"The fire is being treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing."
Anyone with information about the car's movements, before it was found on fire, are asked to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 0384 of Friday, April 14.
