A famous fish and chip shop with a history dating back over 50 years is set to open a restaurant in Glasgow.
Mother Hubbard's was founded in Bradford, West Yorkshire in 1972 and was known for its 45p chippies back in the day.
The franchise has since achieved great success and expanded across England, and next month they will be opening the doors to Glasgow customers.
The new location will open at the Quay on Friday, May 5.
Bosses teased a look at the restaurant's interior on TikTok which features fish tank wall and ceiling effects and newspaper-decorated walls in homage to the traditional method of wrapping suppers in old newspaper.
