PETER Murrell has been spotted leaving his home following his arrest.
The 58-year-old was seen leaving his home in the east of Glasgow on Thursday morning two weeks after he was questioned by cops amid a probe into the SNP's finances.
The husband of former first minister Nicola Sturgeon was released without charge on April 5.
Cops searched a number of properties including Murrell's home and the SNP headquarters in Edinburgh.
He stepped down as chief executive of the party during the recent leadership campaign.
Police Scotland has been investigating the spending of money which was earmarked for Scottish independence campaigning.
Officers also arrested the party's treasurer Colin Beattie and later released him without charge.
The 71-year-old subsequently announced that he was stepping down from his role.
