Plant Blonde, which is located in Partick, was a Customer Choice finalist following a public vote while their Raspberry and Lemon Empire Biscuit won the regional bronze prize for Central Scotland.
The vegan bakery and cafe was opened by Jennifer Walls and Marc Sorbie in March last year after Jennifer decided to try making a vegan empire biscuit during lockdown.
