A TOP chain which offers designer brands at bargain prices is to open at Braehead Shopping Centre.
The Glasgow Times can reveal that TK Maxx is to take over one of the centre’s largest units near to the main entrance of the popular shopping complex.
The new store will be situated close to Marks and Spencer and is expected to open within the next few months.
The chain is an off-price retailer which buys direct from suppliers to an ever-changing selections of top brand names and designer products at prices up to 60% less than the recommended retail.
It has made its name on offering bargain buys all year round, refusing to offer promotions or flash sales.
The new store will mean it has a presence in the city’s two main shopping centres, with an existing branch already operating at Silverburn.
