HELEN Flanagan has told Lorraine Kelly what the key to co-parenting with Scott Sinclair is.
The former Coronation Street star appeared on the ITV show today and reacted to her experience on I’m a Celebrity as well as sharing personal updates.
It comes after the 32-year-old split with her kids' dad, ex-Hoops star Sinclair, last year and is now navigating life as a single mum.
Speaking to Lorraine, Helen revealed that being good friends with her ex-partner's mother made the transition “a lot easier”.

She said: "I'm really close to Scott's mum, we're really really really close, we're good friends and we always have been so that makes everything a lot easier as well."
Helen also opened up about her experience going back to the jungle and taking on the brutal Bushtucker Trials again.
She revealed the experience of flying to South Africa to film last September was a "good distraction" from the break-up of her relationship.
The influencer also told Lorraine that she was “determined” to do well on the show as she knew her children would be watching.
Now Helen is looking forward to her own future and finding out what she wants from life.
She told Lorraine: "It was a good distraction, I tried to throw myself into work and I feel like I'm at a stage in my life now where I'm wondering 'what does Helen want?' - not mum Helen, what do I actually want to do?"
"I'm at that nice stage where I might find myself a little bit again."
We previously reported how the soap actor left the South African jungle alongside EastEnders actor Dean Gaffney on Wednesday night.
Both campmates were dumped from the 'All Stars' ITV show after the entire camp took part in a new survival challenge.
Helen - who first competed on the ITV show back in 2012 - reflected that she had 'had the best time' returning to the popular reality programme.
She said: "I've had the time of my life. I have just had the best time - I am so grateful."
The former Strictly contestant also admitted that beating Paul Burrell in a Bushtucker Trial was her favourite moment on the show.
She continued: "I just felt a lot calmer and a lot more confident doing the Trials this time round. My favourite, favourite moment was when I won a Trial against Paul Burrell.”
