BAFTA stands for British Academy of Film and Television Arts and was founded in 1947 as a way to support, develop and promote UK art, film and television.
BAFTA hosts a number of annual awards including the British Academy Film Awards, British Academy Television Awards and the British Academy Games Awards.

How to watch the BAFTA TV Awards 2023
The BAFTA TV Awards will be streamed from 3 pm on BAFTA's YouTube, Facebook and Twitter accounts with updates also being available on Instagram and TikTok.
The awards ceremony will also be broadcast on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Sunday, May 14 from 7 pm.
