A GLASGOW stylist who has become a city hospice’s first retail ambassador is helping fashion fans find top quality outfits at bargain prices in a new campaign.
Blogger Victoria Lee, who runs The Sustainable Stylist fashion advice website, is backing the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice’s ’40 for 40’ appeal as it marks its 40th anniversary.
She teamed up with models Rebekha Cheung, Lilli Schlossbach and Jenni Martin to show how easy it is to pick up a full outfit for under £40 in the PPWH charity shops, which contribute more than £500,000 to the hospice each year.
In the picture, Lilli, left, is wearing a black dress which cost £12, a top, £4 and sandals, £10, accessorised with a rose which cost £3 and a bag, £6, total £35.

Jenni, centre, is wearing a black and white check skirt which cost £4, a black top, £6 and a pink coat, £30, total £40. Rebekha is wearing a beige dress, £10; a spotty top, £6 and a £4 scarf, and she is holding beige shoes, which cost £6, total £26.
Jenni and Rebekha also posed in the window of the hospice’s Partick shop, with Jenni wearing a feather skirt, £12, sequin pink top, £6 and bag, £10, total £28.
Victoria said: “Each year approximately 350,000 tonnes of used but still wearable clothes are sent to landfill in the UK. I am on a mission to highlight that fast fashion isn’t the answer, we’re all able to get our fashion fixes from our local charity shops.
“The 40 for 40 campaign is the perfect way to introduce people to the vast array of choices available at a fraction of the cost of the high street.”
