A Glasgow entertainment complex celebrated a triple win at a national awards ceremony.

The Quay has scooped three wins at Scottish Hospitality Awards and Scottish Entertainment Awards.

This includes Scotland’s Best Shopping and Entertainment Complex, Scotland’s Best Cinema Experience, and Scotland’s Best Family Venue.

The site also picked up special highly commended awards in the categories of Scotland’s Best Hospitality Employer and Scotland’s Best Entertainment Venue.

In addition to an industry judging panel, these annual awards also took into account public interest with customers voting for their favourite venues for days out and experiences.

Bosses said this made the triple win “even more special as so many Quay customers took the time to vote for the destination they love to visit in their leisure time”.

The Odeon Luxe cinema on site was also recently highlighted within the top three highest performing cinemas in the Odeon UK chain.

It comes as over £5500 has been raised by the leisure complex for local charities in the last 12 months with kids activities and mascot visits.

The entertainment complex is also a proud supporter of Bollywood and Polish films supporting the local community with a wide range of cultural content.

The Quay is now looking forward to a busy summer and has vowed to continue to provide entertainment at its best in the heart of Glasgow.
