A MAN has been rushed to hospital following a serious assault.
Cops were called to Riverview Gardens in the Tradeston area at around 6.20am this morning following a report of a man being seriously assaulted.
The 45-year-old was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

His condition is not known.
We previously reported a section of Kingston Street was taped off by police while an investigation into the incident continues.
Officers have also been pictured taking photos of the ground with what appear to be crime scene markers visible.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said "Around 6.20 am on Saturday, May 20, 2023, we received a report of a man who was seriously assaulted at Riverview Gardens, Glasgow.
"The 45-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
