A MAN has been taken to hospital following an alleged assault in the city centre.
Cops were called to St Enoch Square at around 6.10pm yesterday evening following a report of a man being assaulted.
The 32-year-old was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
His condition is not known.

A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A report had been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Following the alleged assault, a small area was seen taped off outside the entrances of St Enoch shopping centre and St Enoch subway station.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police received a report of a 32-year-old man having been assaulted on St Enoch Square in Glasgow around 6.10pm on Friday, May 26, 2023.
"The man was taken to Glasgow Royal infirmary for treatment.
"A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
