A MAN has been found dead at a hostel in Glasgow's East End.
Emergency services were called to the Tartan Lodge hostel on Alexandra Parade at around 6.50pm yesterday evening after the man's body was found within the property.
Police confirmed his death is currently being treated as unexplained.
A post-mortem examination will be carried out and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.50pm on Friday, May 26, 2023 police were called to a hostel on Alexandra Parade in Glasgow after a man was found deceased within.
"His death is being treated as unexplained pending the result of a post-mortem examination.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
