A MAN has died while in custody at Barlinnie prison in Glasgow's East End.
Richard Stevenson died at the jail on May 16.
The 69-year-old had been remanded at Glasgow High Court this year.
Police have been advised of his death and a report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
A Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held into Stevenson's death.

A Scottish Prison Service spokesperson said: "Richard Stevenson, 69, a prisoner at HMP Barlinnie has died on May 16.
"He was remanded at Glasgow High Court in 2023.
"Police Scotland have been advised and the matter reported to the procurator fiscal.
"A Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held in due course."
