THE SNP have selected their candidate for a possible by election in Rutherglen and Hamilton West.
Katy Loudon, a councillor in South Lanarkshire, broke the news of her selection ion a post on Twitter this afternoon.
"Delighted to say that I'm the SNP candidate for the potential by-election in RH&W. I'm proud to be part of an amazing team of activists, and I'm really looking forward to the campaign ahead with them all."
