Thousands of runners took to the streets of Glasgow today to take part in a 10k.
Men of all ages and experiences donned their trainers for the run on Father's Day in the city.
Charities involved in the run include Macmillan Cancer Support, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research, Alzheimer Scotland and MS Society.
The event, which has been 'running' since 2004, kicked off at the Riverside Museum on Sunday morning and took in the River Clyde.
Runners headed through the city centre before finishing at George Square.
Can you spot yourself in the crowd?
