Staff at a Paisley restaurant are raising their glasses after the Italian eatery won a prestigious award.
The Caffe Royale, in Glasgow Road, has received a Recommended Business Award from Italian-based business Eccellenze Italiane.
The family-run operation, located near Barshaw Park, has proved popular with locals for its authentic Italian cuisine.
Colin Guthrie, head chef at Caffe Royale, said it felt "fantastic" to win the award.
He told The Gazette: "It's a big achievement getting it from Italy because they take their food so seriously, so it's quite an honour.
"We do a mixture of Italian and Sicilian cooking at the restaurant and get a lot of food and wine directly from Italy, we source quite a lot from there.
"I think we stand out because we're a bit more unique, we do quite a lot of specials and are doing stuff that nobody else is."
