A NEW late-night bar and restaurant venue has opened in Glasgow, bringing a taste of Latin America to the city centre.
Bizarron, located on Hope Street in the former home of Ad Lib, officially opened yesterday evening (June 23) following a successful VIP launch night on Thursday.
The restaurant theme is inspired by 'How El Bizarron Fooled the Devil', a celebrated story which is said to have originated in Cuba, and features South American music, food and drink as well as moody decor and lighting.

The venue, which is located near Central Station, has also opened with a 3am late night licence.
Gerry McGhee, co-owner of Bizarron, said: "The day has finally come and we are all very proud to open the doors of Bizarron to the public for the first time.
"We’ve had a couple of warm-ups this week including Thursday’s private launch night and now we are 100% ready to get the party properly started at Bizarron – see you there."
Bizarron is located at 111 Hope Street.
