DRIVERS are being urged to seek an alternative route as a section of road in North Glasgow will close for resurfacing works.
Balornock Road, in the city's Barlornock, will be closed between Broomfield Road and Menzies Road between the hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm each day from Sunday, July 2 until Wednesday, July 5.
Delays are expected and drivers are advised to avoid the area.

A diversion will be in place via Broomfield Road, Wallacewell Road, Lamont Road and Barlonock Road.
Local access will be maintained at all times.
