A NEW store which is set to open in Barrhead has revealed its opening date.
The Salvation Army has announced that they will be opening at the town’s new retail park on Tuesday, July 11 at 10am.
The charity shop will offer shoppers a wide range of goods or a place where they can donate clothing, household items, collectables, electrical goods, or furniture.
It's just one of many companies opening at the new £16m retail park in the town, at the site of the former Nestle Purina factory.
We previously reported that B&M and Starbucks have already opened their new stores.
Announcing its opening on social media, Salvation Army Donation Centre Barrhead said: "Our fantastic team of volunteers and staff are working hard to bring together your new Donation Centre in Barrhead.
"We will open our doors at 10am on the 11th of July! Please join us as we cut the ribbon and swing open our doors!
"Here are a few photos to show you our progress so far.
"Until then you can still pop down and say hi to enquire about our volunteer opportunities or to donate clothing, household, collectables, electrical goods or furniture.
"We look forward to welcoming you!"
