Glasgow Fort is offering freebies to any 'Ken' watching the new Barbie movie this weekend.
The Vue cinema is treating anyone with the name Ken to either a free popcorn or Tango Ice Blast to celebrate the movie's launch.
Customers will have to provide a valid ID with a name beginning ‘Ken’ to claim the goodies.
The offer will last between Friday, July 21 and Sunday, July 23 exclusively at the cinema.
It comes as the city has got behind the movie by embracing Barbiemania ahead of the highly anticipated film.
We previously reported how the Dumbarton Road branch of the British Red Cross put together its very own red-carpet event to rival last week’s Leicester Square premiere with manager Alison Shields dressed in a plethora of pink stock from the store.
A pink-framed window also highlights some designer looks Barbie and Ken (played on-screen by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling) would be proud to wear.
Now Glasgow Fort is joining in the hype with their latest promotion and posted on Facebook saying: “Calling all Ken’s.
“Do you know a real-life Ken? Bring them to Vue during the Barbie Movie opening weekend and get a free popcorn or Tango Ice Blast!
“21st - 23rd July only “Book now 👉🏼 https://www.Glasgowfort.com/cinema “To claim a valid ID with a name beginning ‘Ken’ must be shown.”
