Plans to turn a solicitors office into a new hot food takeaway in Renfrew have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council.
The application site is located at 1B Paisley Road, which has been occupied by McCartney Stewart Solicitors & Notaries.
Planning documents have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council by agent Graham and Sibbald on behalf of applicant LCP Properties.
A description of the proposal reads: "Change of use from an Office (Class 1A) to Hot Food Takeaway (Sui Generis) at 1B Paisley Road, Renfrew, PA4 8JH".
There are also plans to erect a flue to the rear of the unit.
Renfrewshire Council are yet to decide on the plans.
