THREE teenagers are due to appear in court after another teen was allegedly assaulted.
We previously reported cops were called to Lomond Court in Cumbernauld at around 5.25pm yesterday after they were made aware of the alleged assault of a 15-year-old male.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and his condition is not known.

Police have confirmed three males, aged 18, 17 and 15, have been charged in connection with the incident.
They are due to appear in Airdrie Sheriff Court today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a 15-year-old male having been assaulted in the Lomond Court area of Cumbernauld around 5.25pm on Tuesday, July 25.
"He was taken to hospital for treatment.
"Three males, aged 18, 17 and 15, were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
"They're due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Wednesday, July 26, 2023."
