A major retailer has officially reopened in a popular shopping centre.
We previously reported that Poundland was returning to Braehead after originally closing the store in August 2022.
Now the ribbon has been cut and the 'bigger and better' shop is welcoming customers as of Saturday, July 29.
The new unit is around twice the size of the previous one and has created 24 jobs.
Shoppers will be able to find all the usual items as well as Poundland's exclusive clothing and homeware range, Pep.
Darren Kay, Poundland's director of retail, said: "We loved being in Braehead and were sad to leave.
"But that makes opening this weekend even more special to us as we welcome back some old colleagues and bring shoppers an even bigger and better store.
"We shouldn’t be too hard to find as we are in the same shopping centre – just one floor up."
