A MAN tried to get two teen girls to get into his car, according to police.
Officers have issued a description of a suspect they want to trace in connection with the incident at the weekend.
The incident happened between 12.30am and 12.50am on Friday, July 28, at the bus stop near Darleith Road in the village of Cardross, West Dunbartonshire.
Police are appealing for information after the two girls, in their late teens, were left in a state of fear and alarm by the man's behaviour.
He is described as being aged between 40 and 50 years old, medium build, about 5 foot 10 inches tall, with short dark hair and a tanned complexion.
Police said he was believed to be driving a red car.
Anyone with information, or who was passing in the area at the time and might have dash-cam footage, is asked to contact Helensburgh police office by calling 101.
Information can also be passed to police in confidence by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
