They are also claimed to have ignited a TV unit and a sofa.
A fire is said to have taken effect and caused damage to the property on Leglen Wood Crescent.
The charge says that this caused the death of three cats in the property and people were put in danger.
They are also accused of breaking into the house owned by Gregor Jamieson and stealing electrical items, a safe and cosmetic items.
Aaron Forbes faces a separate charge of striking the windscreen of a silver Ford Fiesta at GTM Garage in Kirkintilloch on February 22 2022.
He is stated to have then set fire to a plastic bottle containing paper and attempted to insert it in the vehicle.
Aaron Forbes is also charged with breaching a bail condition by shouting at Mr Jamieson and a Luke Coia at Kirkintilloch Fire Station on November 19 2022.
Redhead is charged with possession of cannabis on March 4 2022 at a flat in Kirkintilloch.
The trio pleaded not guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court and a trial has been set for February next year.
