A driver has been caught travelling at 103mph near Glasgow today.
The incident occurred in Motherwell, where officers detected the vehicle speeding in a 70mph zone.

The incident was shared earlier today by Road Policing Scotland on Twitter where they wrote: "Motherwell Road Police were out early doors this morning and detected this vehicle travelling at 103mph in a 70mph limit.
"The driver was reminded that he was not driving his Porsche on a race track.
"The driver has been reported to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service."
