Glasgow has been named the "ultimate" UK city for food and drink in a new list based on TikTok views.
Scotland's biggest city beat out places like Manchester and Birmingham to claim the top spot.
The research looked at each city's top videos around popular search terms like 'restaurants in X' and 'food in X'.
Glasgow named UK's 'ultimate' foodie city on TikTok
The research, which was carried out by HelloFresh, said that Glasgow had "come a long way in the last few years" and that it now boasts hundreds of restaurants, independent cafes and a well-respected gluten-free and vegan scene.
Manchester, which came in second, was also praised for its "plethora of gastronomical delights" with Newcastle also being highlighted for how accessible its great restaurants are.

HelloFresh also revealed the UK's top "hidden gem" food and drink spots with Aberdeen's The Silver Darling making the top 7.
