A MAN is due to appear in court following an alleged assault outside a Co-op store.
Cops were called to a report of a disturbance outside the shop in Broomhill Shopping Centre on Norby Road at around 6.55pm on Saturday.
A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with an alleged simple assault.

He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.55pm on Saturday, August 26, 2023, police received a report of a disturbance outside the Co-Operative shop in Broomhill Shopping Centre, Norby Road, Glasgow.
"Officers attended and a 26-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with an alleged simple assault.
"He was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 28, 2023 and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
