Plans to convert a shop into a hot food takeaway in Renfrew have been given the green light by Renfrewshire Council.
An application was submitted to the local authority for the site at 4 Dunvegan Quadrant in March this year.
The proposal submitted by agent David Napier on behalf of applicant Mala Rhoda has now been approved subject to conditions.
The planning documents stated: "This application seeks consent for the change of use from a shop to a hot food takeaway and the installation of a flue on the rear elevation."
