TWO people are due to appear in court in connection with a disturbance in East Kilbride as an investigation into the incident continues.
Cops were called to the Queensway area of the town at around 2.25pm on Sunday following a report of a disturbance.
A 37-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

They have been released and are due to appear in court at a later date.
Police revealed a 14-year-old boy will also be reported to the relevant authorities in connection with the incident.
Further enquiries remain ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2.25pm on Sunday, September 3, 2023, Police Scotland received a report of a disturbance in the Queensway area of East Kilbride.
"A 37-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arrested and charged in connection with the incident, and have been released to appear at court at a later date.
"A 14-year-old male will also be reported to the relevant authorities in connection with the incident and further enquiries are ongoing."
