COPS in East Renfrewshire are cracking down on parking issues around a primary school in Newton Mearns.
It comes after officers announced they are working alongside the council and Kirkhill Primary School to tackle "parking issues" in the area.
Now, police are urging motorists to park in a "considerate and safe manner" while picking up and dropping off their children.

A spokesperson for the force said: "East Renfrewshire Police campus officer PC Akram has been working alongside colleagues from East Renfrewshire Council & Kirkhill Primary School to tackle parking issues surrounding the school.
"Please remember to park in a considerate and safe manner during pick-up and drop-off to allow children to walk safely."
