A Glasgow bridge will shut off access for ten weeks in the West End.
A nearside lane closure will take place near Dumbarton Road and Argyle Street across Partick Bridge.
This will allow maintenance work to repair the damage of a dislodged parapet, which is a barrier that is an upward extension of the bridge’s structure.
The lane will be closed Westbound across the bridge which stands over River Kelvin.
Drivers are being urged to be aware of the work and plan their journeys accordingly.
There will be no diversions put in place.
Glasgow City Council’s Traffic Control and Management team said: “A nearside lane closure (Westbound) of Dumbarton Road / Argyle Street across Partick Bridge (Over River Kelvin).
“The lane closure commences on Monday, October 9 2023 for 10 weeks.
“This is to allow for the realignment of the dislodged parapet.”
