A car was deliberately set on fire sparking a police probe in East Kilbride.
Detectives are investigating a vehicle being torched outside a house in Tweed Street, Gardenhall.
The incident happened around 11.45pm on Tuesday, 3 October leaving police appealing for information.
No one was injured and the fire is being treated as wilful.
Detective Constable Ashley Hind said: “We are appealing to anyone who was in Tweed Street around the time of the fire on Tuesday night who witnessed anything suspicious, or who has any information or personal footage that may assist our investigation to contact 101 quoting reference number 4192 of 3 October.
“Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
