Glasgow youths are reportedly stockpiling wood to create homemade bonfires.
Police have raised the alarm after receiving reports that youngsters are collecting pallets ahead of Guy Fawkes Night.
Detectives are now urging members of the public to report this behaviour ahead of November, 5 next month.
Members of the public can report any suspicious behaviour anonymously if they suspect something.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are receiving reports of youths stockpiling wooden pallets to create bonfires in the lead-up to 5th November.
“Please report any activity where you suspect this is occurring, remember, #BeFearless in speaking up 100% anonymously.”
