AN investigation is underway after a fire broke out at a block of flats in East Kilbride.
We previously reported emergency services were called to Whitelee Street at around 5.40pm yesterday after a fire broke out.
Footage of the incident showed orange flames rip through the property as horrified neighbours watched.

Six properties were evacuated as a result of the blaze but there are no reported injuries.
Police said enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson confirmed two appliances currently remain at the scene to ensure the area is safe.
There are a number of road closures in place in the Whitelee area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.40pm on Friday, October 20, 2023, we were called to a report of a fire at a block of flats, Whitelee, East Kilbride.
"Emergency services attended and six properties were evacuated.
"There are no reported injuries.
"Emergency services remain at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.
“Road closures are in place in the Whitelee area."
