COPS raced to a street in Lenzie following a report of a person with a weapon.
Police were called to Myrtle Avenue at around 1.20pm this afternoon following the report.
Officers confirmed they spoke to a group of youths but no weapons were recovered and there were no injuries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.20pm on Wednesday, October 25, we received a report of a person with a weapon in the Myrtle Avenue area of Lenzie.
"Officers attended and spoke with a group of youths.
"No weapons were recovered and no one was injured."
