POLICE are searching for a man who failed to show up for court.
Officers in Cheshire are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of David Herd.
The 42-year-old from Rudheath is wanted after failing to appear in court after being charged with a "breach of peace".
He is described as white, 5’11” tall, of proportionate build with short, brown hair.
As well as Northwich, Herd is believed to have links to Scotland, with his court appearance due to take place at Campbeltown Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court.
