Police have blocked off a busy street in Glasgow after a woman was attacked.
A female was assaulted in the Mitchell Street area of Glasgow city centre today.
The incident happened in the early hours of the morning and police cars were spotted on the scene.
Investigations are continuing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of an assault on a woman in the Mitchell Street area of Glasgow city centre, which happened between 5.20am and 6am on Sunday, 26 November.
“Enquiries are ongoing and at an early stage.”
