A MAN and a teenager are due to appear in court following a spate of break-ins.
A 22-year-old man and 16-year-old boy have been arrested and charged in connection with 49 break-ins, attempted break-ins and thefts between Thursday, September 28 and Tuesday, November 28.
Some of the incidents occurred in Glasgow, with others taking places across North Lanarkshire, the Lothians, Fife and Forth Valley.

Detective Inspector John Murphy, Livingston CID, said: "We understand the impact this type of crime has on the community and we will continue to use every tool and tactic at our disposal to find those responsible."
The 22-year-old is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Wednesday, November 29, while the 16-year-old will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, November 30.
