IT is a moving tribute to those who have lost loved ones and a special time of celebration and remembrance.
The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice’s annual Light Up A Life appeal, supported by the Glasgow Times, also gives people the chance to raise vital funds for a good cause.
This year’s carol service will be held at St Andrew’s Cathedral in Glasgow on Sunday, December 10, at 3pm. Visit the hospice website for tickets, or details on how to livestream the service.

This is a ticket-only event and due to demand, people must book in advance. Tickets are free but there is a suggested donation of £5 on the door or when booking online.
The names of those remembered are included in a special order of service at the event and are printed in today's (Monday, December 4) Glasgow Times.
