A cash prize is up for grabs for the finder of a hidden golden gobstopper at Glasgow Fort.
Shoppers can win £200 if they find the special treat in a giant ball pool which will appear at the centre this weekend.
The competition will take place on Saturday, December 9 and Saturday, December 16 to mark the release of the hotly anticipated Wonka film this month.
It will be free to enter and everyone who takes part will be given a chocolate bar, whether they win or lose.
Visitors will also have the chance to grab a selfie with ‘The Chief Chocolatier’ and his assistant Lollipop before finishing any Christmas shopping.
Phil Goodman, centre director at Glasgow Fort, said: “Wonka is one of the biggest releases of the year and we wanted to mark it with a bit of fun for all the family.
"For those planning a festive day out at the centre, there’s also a whole host of additional activities to enjoy.
"Our Christmas markets and funfair rides are open throughout December and our selection of restaurants are offering some great limited-edition festive menus."
The new Wonka film starring Timothée Chalamet and Hugh Grant launches on Friday, December 8 and is available to watch at Glasgow Fort’s Vue cinema, with tickets from £4.99 if purchased online in advance.
Glasgow Fort will also be supporting YoMo (Young Movers) – a charity working to empower young people across north-east and north-west Glasgow – this Christmas, and donations can be made via its Giving Box situated next to the markets and opposite Argos. Glasgow Fort is open 10am – 10pm on weekdays, 9am – 7pm on Saturdays and 10am – 6pm on Sundays.
