SPECIALIST cops have arrested a teenager after they raided a Paisley home.
It comes after officers from the Violence Reduction Unit stopped a vehicle in the town while carrying out proactive patrols after "observing suspicious activity" on Tuesday, December 12.
Following that, during a search of the motor, cops allegedly discovered a lock-back-style knife.
Meanwhile, during a raid at an address, police reportedly recovered a quantity of Class B drugs and £3,830 cash.
A 19-year-old man has since been arrested.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "On Tuesday, December 12, officers from the Violence Reduction Unit, carrying out proactive patrols of the Paisley area, stopped a vehicle after observing suspicious activity.
"During a search of the vehicle, a lock-back style knife was recovered, alongside evidence of drug dealing.
"Subsequently, a search under warrant was carried out at an address, where officers further recovered quantity of Class B drugs and £3,830 cash.
"A 19-year-old male has been arrested in relation to this."
