A CHILD has been rushed to hospital after being hit a car.
Emergency services were called to Dalmarnock Road, in the city's East End, at around 9am this morning following a report of a child being struck by a car.
The child was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police said their injuries are being treated as minor.
The road was closed for a short period of time and was reopened around 10.30am.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9am on Thursday, December 14, officers were called to a report of a 7-year-old child having been struck by a car on Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and the child was taken to hospital for treatment. Their injuries are described as minor.
"The road was closed for a short period of time."
