Shareholders will meet to decide whether to transfer a community-based housing association and its flats to a larger landlord.
Tenants of Reidvale Housing Association in Dennistoun voted last year to transfer to Places for People.
The next step is for the Reidvale shareholders to vote on approving the ballot.

At a meeting on Monday, two thirds of those present need to vote yes for the transfer to move to the final stage of approval.
Shareholding members need to agree to a special transfer resolution.
The housing association board and Places for People are urging the shareholders to back the result of the tenant ballot where 61% voted yes.
A letter from Jill Cronin, interim director of Reidvale Housing Association, states: “Based on the majority support for the transfer from the tenant ballot, we urge you to vote in favour of the special resolution.”

If the shareholders agree to the resolution there will be a second, Special General Meeting on January 31 to finalise the transfer.
Local politicians are opposed to the move and are campaigning in the community to halt the transfer.
Paul Sweeney, Glasgow Labour MSP, wants Reidvale to remain under community control and fears local accountability will be lost.

Letters have been delivered to hundreds of homes in the area, targeting shareholders.
It states: “The proposal is to hand over the houses to an English based organisation - with no payment to Reidvale or to the people who have spent nearly 50 years creating a vibrant community.
“No one is denying that Reidvale has been poorly managed for some time.
“But that is no reason to just give away £100 million of community assets.
“The solution is to bring in professional senior staff and to elect Management Committee Members who will work together - who will work with the community - to turn things around.”
