The Student Loans Company (SLC) is now operating from its new headquarters in Glasgow city centre.
The new six-storey headquarters is 75,000 sq ft is on the Clydeside in Buchanan Wharf and the final part of the development.
David Wallace, deputy chief executive at SLC, said: "Being able to start 2024 in our new headquarters feels very fitting.
"SLC has been part of Glasgow for more than 30 years and with more than 1,000 colleagues working in the city, we feel part of the history and fabric of the business community."
The 20-year lease on their purpose-built workspace is developed by Drum Property Group and Graham Construction. The SLC said the building aims to encourage collaboration and provide a modern working environment.
The site, the SLC said, adheres to sustainability measures set by the UK Green Building Council's Net Zero Carbon Building - Performance Levels, and is set to earn an Excellent certification from BREEAM, an international standard for sustainable building practices.
The building has also received a WiredScore Platinum rating for digital connectivity.
SLC's collaboration with the Government Property Agency will see it hosting up to 600 civil servants as part of the UK Government Hubs Programme.
The initiative will also welcome the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority to the building in the Spring.
Mr Wallace added: "Getting to this point has taken a lot of work but our vision for the office, which was created with our colleagues, has always been to deliver a space that fits the modern working world and we’ve certainly achieved that. It already feels like home."
The new development has facilities including local amenities, cycle lanes and landscaped public spaces.
It also accommodates Barclay's Northern European campus HQ and the Solasta Riverside residential complex.
