A WOMAN has been arrested following a crash on a busy road in Drumchapel.
Emergency services responded to the scene on Great Western Road near Great Western Retail Park after the alarm was raised at around 11am today.
Police confirmed the collision involved two cars.
It is understood that there are no reported injuries.
Officers said a woman has been arrested in connection with an alleged road traffic offence.
An investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving two cars on Great Western Road in Glasgow shortly after 11am on Thursday, January 11.
“There are no reported injuries. A woman has been arrested in connection with a road traffic offence and enquiries are ongoing.”
