A BRUNCH event in celebration of International Women's Day has been announced in Glasgow.
After two years of successful Indie Brunch events in Glasgow, Tenement TV have announced the biggest event et at SWG3 on Saturday, March 9.
Taking place from 1-5pm, fans will enjoy DJ sets from Scottish artists Tine Sandwich and Emme Woods.
Those attending the event will receive a welcome cocktail on arrival from Wolfie's Whisky and will be also able to browse independent female-owned market stalls with an optional brunch plate, all in support of Glasgow's Women's Aid.
Stalls will include Scotland’s first welded bracelet bar B51 Boutique, Punts Pots selling their showcase stunning hand-painted pottery and homeware, La Lune’s bespoke hand-painted posters, vintage clothes from Violet Vintage and Strange Ray Vintage, crystals and handmade jewellery from Lewdelle Crude, bespoke drinks toppers from Manifest Designs plus designer clothes from Pure Barkin and vintage inspired art prints from Mellow Mind Design.
To raise money for Glasgow's Women's Aid, £1 from every ticket sold will be donated, with on the day donations also encouraged.
In addition, the female-owned stalls will donate a percentage sold on the day to the vital charity who support women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse.
Last year's event raised more than £400 for the charity.
Tickets for the International Women's Day Indie Brunch are on sale now.
