AN area of a city shopping centre has been closed as a "precautionary measure" due to Storm Isha.
Glasgow Fort has confirmed Beaverbrooks, Specsavers, H Samuel, Hotel Chocolat and Superdry are all closed for the time being.
They did not reveal why they have decided to close this area specifically.
The rest of the centre is open as normal.

A post shared on Instagram read: "A customer update for anyone planning to visit us today...
"Due to the current weather conditions, we have temporarily closed a small area of the centre as a precautionary measure.
"This means Beaverbrooks, Specsavers, H Samuel, Hotel Chocolat and Superdry are all closed for the time being, but the rest of the centre is open as normal.
"We apologise for any inconvenience and will keep you updated when the stores are able to reopen."
It comes after Storm Isha tore through the UK, bringing warnings of possible tornadoes and danger-to-life winds overnight.
A yellow weather warning for wind remains in place until 12pm.
